NOTE:Dr Winnaar is a senior quantitative research and analytics specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in statistical analysis\, large-scale data programmes\, research governance and multi-country research across African markets. Her expertise includes survey design\, sampling and weighting\, regression and multilevel modelling\, longitudinal and trend analysis\, data quality assurance\, and the management of complex analytical programmes.\n\nShe combines doctoral-level statistical training with extensive experience in research governance\, methodological oversight\, cross-country comparability\, stakeholder management and executive reporting. Her work is characterised by analytical rigour\, disciplined data interpretation and the ability to translate complex evidence into clear\, defensible conclusions for senior decision-makers. She holds a DPhil in Statistics (2019)\, an MPhil in Population Studies\, awarded cum laude (2015)\, a BSc Honours in Statistics (2000)\, and a BSc in Statistics and Computer Science (1999) from the University of the Western Cape. She also holds a BA Honours in Population Studies from Wits University\, completed in 2010.
